CNN NOW is an experiential popup that seeks to recruit the next generation of journalists.

The four day event is designed specifically for the top journalism schools in the country and targets Generation-Z students to engage and create quality journalistic pieces over the four days. CNN NOW takes over an entire segment of campus to deliver the nightly news and create a dynamic work environment for the budding journalists. After the four days the best student news pieces are selected and featured on the CNN and CNN NOW website. 

The visual language and branding for CNN NOW uses the foundational pieces of journalism: Gregg Shorthand and highlighters. Both elements add a level of play to the entire experience.
